💰 Refund Policy – GUL PERFUME

At GUL PERFUME, we take pride in offering quality products and customer care. However, due to the nature of perfumes and fragrance oils, refunds are only possible in specific situations.


No Refunds on Opened or Used Products

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products without original packaging

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Customer-entered wrong address or refusal to accept delivery


Refund Eligibility (Rare Cases)

Refunds will only be issued under these conditions:

  • The product was not delivered and returned to us

  • The item was out of stock after you placed the order

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item and chose not to exchange it


🔁 Exchange Preferred

In case of a mistake or damage, we prefer to exchange the product rather than issue a refund.

⏱️ Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7 working days

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (based on your original payment method)


📩 To Request a Refund:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged/wrong product (if applicable)
