At GUL PERFUME, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrance oils), we have specific return and exchange conditions.
📦 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

Opened or used perfumes

Fragrance oils or testers

Products without original packaging

Sale or discounted items
✅ Exchange Policy (If Damaged or Wrong Product)
We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product

The product was damaged during delivery
📸 To request an exchange:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

Share clear photos of the damage or incorrect item

Product must be unused and in its original packaging
If approved, we will send you the correct or replacement product.
🚚 Return Shipping Cost

If the error is on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If customer provided the wrong address or changed their mind, return shipping is not covered.
⏱️ Exchange Timeframe

Replacement will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after approval of your claim.
❌ No Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Only exchanges are allowed in valid cases.
